This is great on grilled salmon, cornbread, steak, and even grilled lamb.
1/4 pound butter, softened
1 T. freshly grated ginger
1/3 c. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all the ingredients in the workbowl of a food processor and pulse until smooth. Shape into a cube or a round (that resembles something like a biscuit), and place it in the fridge for at least an hour before using.
It’s that easy.
